Training during COVID-19

We have restarted our training according to government and British Triathlon guidelines. Please remember that any training you attend you should abide by Covid rules, i.e. please maintain social distancing (2m distance), don’t attend if you have any symptoms.

Our training includes:

  • Group run sessions
  • Group swim training (once the pool opens)

We’re also running virtual and indoor sessions and challenges

  • Group indoor turbo training on Zwift
  • Strength & Core sessions (via Zoom)
  • Yoga & Pilates (Zoom)
  • Weekly virtual races: individual disciplines, duathlon (indoor and outdoor bike), team marathon challenges.
