Training

Our coached training includes:

  • Group run sessions on Tuesday are free, no booking required
  • Group swim training – booked in advance
  • Group cycling – all abilities, organised via our Whatsapp groups

We’re also running virtual and indoor sessions, and challenges:

  • Group indoor turbo training on Zwift
  • Strength & Core sessions (via Zoom)
  • Virtual races: occasional time trials on Zwift
  • 5k handicap every month on Blackheath
