Training

Training – updated May 2021

We have restarted our training according to government and British Triathlon guidelines. Please remember that any training you attend you should abide by Covid rules, i.e. please maintain social distancing (2m distance), don’t attend if you have any symptoms.

Our training includes:

  • Group run sessions – must be booked in advance
  • Group swim training – must be booked in advance
  • Group cycling – all abilities

We’re also running virtual and indoor sessions and challenges

  • Group indoor turbo training on Zwift
  • Strength & Core sessions (via Zoom)
  • Virtual races: individual disciplines, duathlon (indoor and outdoor bike), team marathon challenges.
