Training during COVID-19
We have had to suspend outdoor training according to government and British Triathlon guidelines.
Once allowed, our outdoor training includes
- Group run sessions
- Group swim training
We’re still running virtual and indoor sessions and challenges
- Group indoor turbo training on Zwift
- Strength & Core sessions (via Zoom)
- Yoga & Pilates (Zoom)
- Weekly virtual races: individual disciplines, duathlon (indoor and outdoor bike), team marathon challenges.
